| 摘 要： | 对新组建的地方本科师范院校在办学规模、质量、结构、效益等方面开拓发展的价值取向进行深入思考 ,从宏观和微观结合的角度 ,提出了以质量为核心 ,积极稳妥推进办学规模 ;以师范教育为重点 ,加快多科性大学的建设步伐 ;以学科建设为基础 ,努力提高办学层次与水平 ;以国际化为背景 ,建设现代化大学的办学思路。

| Abstract: | This article deeply thinks about the value-oriented development of newly-founded local undergraduate normal college in the scale of running school,quality,structure and benefit respective.From conjunctive angle of the macro and the micro,puts forward the ideas of running school that to take the quality as the nucleus,actively and steady extend the scale of school;to take the normal education as the emphasis,hurry up the constructive step of multi-subject college;based on the subject construction,raise hard the layer and level of running school;on the background of the internationalization,construct the modernize college. |
