| 摘 要： | 在中学体育教学中,无论是教学内容的选择还是教学方法的更新,都应十分关注学生的体育兴趣,只有做到激发和保持学生的运动兴趣,才能使学生自觉、积极地进行体育锻炼,才是实现体育与健康课程目标和价值的有效保证。
