| 摘 要： | 文中主要从"订单式"人才培养模式的主要环节及实施过程,结合番禺职业技术学院应用外语系商务英语专业与广州海鸥卫浴用品有限公司(台资)合作研究订单式"2+1"人才培养模式,阐述并分析了高职院校与台资企业间的"订单式"人才培养方案的成功实施思路.
