| 摘 要： | 目前高校体育与健康教育的实施流于形式,教学内容滞后,课程标准有待完善。推进高校体育与健康教育的课程改革,应抓好教学内容、教学组织形式与考核办法的改革,力争提高体育课程的整体效益,实现体育与健康教育的课程目标。

| Abstract: | At present,college sports and health education has not been fully executed.Its theoretic research and teaching contents are not perfect.The curricular standard is not reasonable.The reform of college sports and health education should focus on the reform of the teaching contents,teaching organization and testing methods so as to achieve the objectives. |
