| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IL-18／IL-10比值在急性冠脉综合征中的临床意义。方法选取急性冠脉综合征（Acs）患者126例，采用ELISA方法检测全部病例动脉血IL-18与IL-10表达。并随访观察有无心脏事件再发。结果ACS组再次发生心脏事件43例（34％），83侧（66％）未发生。IL-18／IL-10比值0=0．002）较IL-18（p=0．022）和IL-10（p=0．019）单独评价心脏事件再发更有价值。结论IL-18／IL-10比值可作为预测ACS发生及预后判定的指标；前炎性与抗炎性反应失衡是ACS再发的重要性因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives To explore the clinical significance of Interleukin-18/Interleukin-10 ratio in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods The study groups included 126 subjects with a diagnosis of ACS, IL-18 and IL-10 levels in arteries blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.all patients were revisited and observed the recurrent coronary events. Results 43 （34%） patients had recurrent cardiac events in ACS and 83 （66%） were event-free. IL-18/IL-10 ratio （P=0.002） predicted the occurrence of adverse cardiac events more valuable than IL-18（P=0.022） and IL-10（P=0.019）. Conclusion IL-18/IL-10 ratio is a pre- dictor of occurrence and prognosis determination in patients with ACS; an imbalance between pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory response may be an important determinant of acs outcome. |
