| 摘 要： | 笔者分析了广州赛马 7年来的开展情况 ,认为我国的赛马所具有的“规则性”、“公开性”、“公平性”、“公益性”的性质 ,决定了他的特点是“有奖公益性”的社会文化活动 ,并且具有经济价值、社会价值、政治价值和文化价值。
