| 摘 要： | 随着我国农产品市场的不断放开,我国将增加外国农产品的进口,这一方面有利于促进我国经济的发展,另一方面也增加了外国农产品对我国进行倾销的可能。但是,目前我国反倾销制度在农产品反倾销方面存在一些不足,因此当前我国应当进一步完善农产品反倾销制度,提高农产品国际竞争力,以更好地应对外国农产品的倾销。

| Abstract: | with the opening of agriculture product market, we will import more agricultural products from other countries. On one hand, this condition can help the development of our country and on the other hand, it adds the possibility of agricultural product dumping. However, there are some shortages in the antidumping of agriculture products. This paper will give some suggestions about how to solve those problems. |
