| 摘 要： | 知识管理是知识经济时代图书馆工作必须研究的问题之一,对深化学科馆员服务,推动图书馆知识化服务进程有着重要作用。本文对学科馆员服务体系中的知识管理进行了研究,探讨了学科馆员服务体系与知识管理的契合点,并从学科馆员的素质要求,工作职责和角色分工3个角度加以阐述,分析了以知识流的有效控制为核心的学科馆员知识管理内容。
