| 摘 要： | 标准规范是建设高质量和可持续数字档案馆的坚实基础,是数字档案馆能够长期发挥作用的根本保证。本文主要对建设数字档案馆的标准规范进行了分析,提出了数字档案馆建设标准规范的两种模式及其缺失,总结了数字档案馆标准规范的建设特点与思路,为其他数字档案馆的标准规范的建设提供依据,确保数字档案的开放性和互操作性。
