| 摘 要： | 目前,我国正在试点推进电信网、广播电视网和互联网的融合发展。在实现三网互联互通、资源共享的形势下,作为重要公共信息资源提供方的图书馆,有必要密切关注三网融合的发展进程,以三网融合为契机,力促图书馆数字化服务发展战略转型,为此,图书馆必须未雨绸缪,为迎接多网联合积极做好物资和人力资源等的应对准备。
