| 摘 要： | 本文从高校教学环境中隐性知识的本身、隐性知识主体及隐性知识共享环境入手,探讨了教学环境中存在的隐性知识,隐性知识共享的障碍及通过构建隐性知识共享环境对教学中的隐性知识进行共享和传播。
