学前教育专业实习生体育实践能力现状及培养途径

摘    要:要解决幼儿园学前体育活动开展由于幼儿师资因素而造成的薄弱现状,就必须加强对学前教育专业学生体育综合素质的培养。通过教师的有效指导,在学生具备扎实基本功的同时,在课程教学活动中培养独立组织和管理体育活动的能力。本文通过对实习生体育实践能力的现状进行调查分析,提出一些有效的培养途径,以促进学前人才综合素质的提高。

Abstract:To solve the weak situation of kindergarten preschool physical activity caused by preschool teachers,we must strengthen the training of comprehensive quality of sport major students.Through the effective guidance of teachers,the students with solid basic skills at the same time,to cultivate the independent organization and management of sports ability in the course of teaching activities.This article through the analysis of the status of trainee sports practice ability,to put forward some effective ways of training,in order to promote preschool personnel to enhance comprehensive quality.
