| Abstract: | By analyzing the selective theory and practical foundation of denotative development in university the author emphasized that we should use breakthrough in teaching ideas to guide the denotative development in university. At the same time, for carrying out denotative development, the author raised some basic route and strategies, such as "Cultivated Enviromental Construction Engineering", "Teaching Reform and Quality Engineering", "Set up the Main Subject in University", "Strengthen the University with Talents", and "Rely on Science to Rejurenate the School". |
