| 摘 要： | 应岗教育是市场经济发展过程中市场竞争主体对高等职业教育提出的人才培养模式改革的必然要求，也是高等职业教育顺应市场对人才需求做出的必然调整？我国高等职业教育在国际竞争日益激烈的情况下如何实现从人才培养到培养“适销对路”的高技能人才的转变，更好地服务社会经济发展将起到极其重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Post-oriented education is the inevitable demand of the reform of personnel training pattern, which is raised by the main competition body in the market for higher vocational education in the course of development of market economy. It is the inevitable adjustment for higher vocational education to follow the market＇s demand for qualified personnel. In an increasingly competitive international circumstances,how to realize the change from personnel training to cultivating ＂marketable＂ high-skilled personnel in our country＇s higher vocational education will play an important role in better services for the socio-economic development. |
