| 摘 要： | 企业不仅是社会财富的创造者,还是社会责任的承担者。工会是劳动者合法权益的责任保护者;工会与企业依法可以在维护劳动者合法权益上取得基本共识,进行深度合作。工会应当促进企业社会责任运动的开展,以便更好地维护劳动者的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Enterprises are not only the creator of social wealth,but also the undertaker of social responsibilities.Trade union is a protector of the legitimate rights and interests of workers.Corporate and trade union can reach common understanding and work together in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.Trade union can promote corporate social responsibility campaign for better protection of worker’s rights and interests. |
