| 摘 要： | 面对18世纪德国大学的糟糕状况,19世纪初普鲁士教育大臣威廉.冯.洪堡(Wilhelm vonHumboldt,1767～1835)从其新人文主义思想出发,提出了新的大学理念,即"学术自由"和"教学与研究相结合",并在一些学者的共同努力下筹建了柏林大学,通过国家、学者的共同努力,使得19世纪的德国大学成为世界瞩目的焦点。

| Abstract: | In the face of the unsound situation of German universities,in the early 19th century,the Prussian education minister Wilhelm von Humboldt put forward a new idea from his New Humanism,that is "academic freedom" and "a combination of teaching and research." With the help of some scholars,he established University of Berlin.In the co-efforts of Humboldt and other scholars,the 19th-century German universities attracted the world attention. |
