基于PLC控制的太阳能追光系统设计

摘    要:本系统利用安装在太阳能电池组件的不同方位光敏传感器检测太阳与电池组件相对位置,检测结果传输给PLC,PLC通过变频器、伺服放大器分别驱动三相低速同步电机和伺服电机,实现水平角和俯仰角两轴控制。实验结果表明,该装置工作稳定,实时性好。

Abstract:This system can check the real time position of the sun with a sun tracing sensor on the solar cell components and transmit the signal to the PLC.PLC can drive the three phase synchronous motor and servo motor through the frequency converter and servo amplifier to control the horizontal angle and pitching angle.The result of the experiment proves that it can work steadily and it can track the sun correctly.
