| 摘 要： | 流动妇女进入城市，面临的是城市两性就业机会的不均等和收入差距拉大的环境，她们更容易从事职业地位低、收入低和缺乏社会保障的工作，经济地位的边缘化使其发展受阻，也不能为其社会地位的提升创造有利的条件，而身份制度、户籍制度与父系制的叠加影响使她们少有发展资源，处于城市与乡村的边缘，陷于争取个人发展和退回传统家庭的两难境地。流动妇女的边缘化与社会制度、文化有关，只有从制度层面上实现“社会性别主流化”，在实务层面上构建性别敏感的社会工作，才是解决问题的根本之道。
