| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,随着老龄化社会的到来,越来越多的城镇老年人投入到散步这一队伍,这一社会事实已经不仅仅是一种老年人的体育锻炼方式,更是一股社会潮流,有效地推进和谐社会的建设。文章应用了社会学一些基本理论,从多方面多角度分析了这一现象形成的具体原因,以此来鼓励社会对老年人散步的认知和支持。

| Abstract: | the paper finds that with the aging of population, there has been more and more senior citizens in towns joining in walking since 1978. Walking has become more than aged people＇s favorite exercise; it is a social trend now, whieh is promoting the society to harmony. The paper applies fundamentals of sociology and explores plausible causes of the phenomena on miscellaneous bases. It aims to encourage understanding and support of this exercise for aged people. |
