| Abstract: | The reform and development of the secondary special normal school meets a lot of problems ,especially the cultivating teachers. Reforming the educational system of the secondary special normal school, optimizing its educational structure, strengthening its course construction and improving the training and the engagement system for teachers of the special education are the effective tactics to enhance teachers quality in the integration education so as to promote the healthy development of the special educational cause. |
