| 摘 要： | 教学督导是一项基本的教学管理制度,科学构建高校教学督导体系,并进行有效的组织运行,是高校实施教学质量监控的一项重要内容和有效手段。本文通过对目前高职院校教学督导工作中存在问题的分析,提出构建和完善教学督导机制的思考。

| Abstract: | Educational supervision is an essential administrative system for any teaching units. For colleges , how to construct their supervision system and make it into practice is not only an important task but also an effective way to supervise their teaching quality. By analyzing the current problems of educational supervision in vocational colleges, this paper brings forward some ideas on how to construct and improve educational supervision system. |
