| 摘 要： | 执政党作为领导现代国家的主导力量,必须应于现代化的发展,要提高执政的有效性。政党在适应社会现代化的过程中,执政理念的变革是党现代化的重要内容,执政理念中包括执政的价值取向、指导思想和执政方略等方面,其目的是提高和实现执政的有效性。

In the process of being suitable to the social modernization, the change of the Party's governing view, including value choice, guidance thought, governing method and so on, is the important content of Party's modernization. Its aim is to develop and realize the effective governing. |
