| 摘 要： | 论述了在高校乒乓球选项课的教学中，根据学生及乒乓球教学的特点，在教学中采用灵活分组的方法，扩大教师与学生之间信息交流的质量和数量，使教学能够实现因材施教，学生的个性得到充分的发挥，教学的效果明显提高。

| Abstract: | This paper reports on adopting a flexible way of dividing teaching groups on the basis of student's aptitude and ping pong teaching's characteristics and increasing quality and quantity of the exchange of information between teachers and students in the teaching of ping pong optional course in university so that teachers can teach students in accordance with their aptitude and make full use of their individual characters and hence promote teaching effect. |
