| 摘 要： | 社会资本对促进大学毕业生就业具有十分重要的作用。它可以弥补大学毕业生就业信息的不对称,有助于大学毕业生获取就业机会。就自主创业的大学毕业生而言,社会资本可以保证创业资金的供给。在转型时期的中国,无论是国家、高校,还是大学毕业生本人,只有不断积累社会资本,才能有效地促进大学毕业生就业。

| Abstract: | Social capital is very important to promote graduates employment. It could make up for the symmetry of employment information and promote the acquisition of employment opportunity for the graduates. Meanwhile, as to the graduates who start an undertaking of their own, social capital could guarantee the supply of capital. In the society of transitional China, regardless of the government, colleges and universities and the graduates themselves, only by accumulating social capital could they promote the employment of the graduates effectively. |
