| 摘 要： | 高等专业学校教育的发展对高等专业学校体育教师的要求越来越高，高等专业学校体育教师不仅要对学生进行体育运动技能的传授，而且还承载着向学生传播体育健康理念，其体育教育思想变迁对高等专业学校体育教师的职业化能力提出了新的要求。本文对高等专业学校体育教师专业化现状、完善的必要性以及高等专业学校体育教师专业化完善的基本内容进行探讨，以期对高等专业学校体育教师职业化完善提供理论建议。

| Abstract: | The requirement of higher professional education development on higher professional school sports teacher is more and more high. Teachers should not only teach students＇ sports skills, but also carry the dissemination of sports health concepts to the students. Their physical education teaching idea transition raised new requirement on higher professional physical education teachers＇ occupation ability. This paper makes discussion on higher professional physical education teachers＇ condition, necessary perfection and basic content of perfection. The main purpose is to provide the rational suggestions for perfecting physical education occupation. |
