| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员工作中出现的问题,是整个教育制度的薄弱环节,是教育制度和经济转型当中未来得及完善的部分。许多解决的方法指向了"专职化"道路,专职化给兼职辅导员混乱的现状和出现的种种缺漏和隐患提供了解决的思路。但是,专职化的道路并非一劳永逸,在现实可操作性方面受到教育体制和观念意识的阻碍;专职化并非完美无瑕,兼职也并非全是弊病。只有细化分工、专兼结合,才能科学地解决高校辅导员工作的问题。
