| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法分析了国内5个主要烟叶产区的200个烟叶样品，初步明确了国内烟叶多酚类物质的分布规律，从产区上看以云南大理的多酚总量较高，广西百色的烟叶多酚总量较低；从烟叶部位上看各主要产区均为中部烟叶最高，下部烟叶最低。

| Abstract: | The Polyphenos contents of tobacco leaf from domestic five areas were analized by HPLC,So the distribution of polyphenos contents was obtained preliminary.The polyphenos contents of tobaccoo leaf from Yunnan Dali was higher,but Guangxi Baise＇s was lower, positions, The polyphenos contents of middle position of tobacco leaf was all highest from five areas, yet the bottom＇s was lowest. |
