| 摘 要： | 刑事警察是警察序列中的一个单独警种。担负着对刑事案件的侦查破案，依法进行专门调查和实施强制性措施，对犯罪现场了进行甚验、搜查、鉴定、讯问、收集证据，执行拘留和逮捕，追查被抢劫、偷窃的财物等任务。其工作性质决定子刑事警察必须具备与侦查工作相匹配的意志品质；意志的自觉性；意志的果断性；意志的自身力和意志的坚持性。

| Abstract: | Criminal police is a separate type of police.It is in charge of the following:investigating and cracking criminal cases;making special investigation and taking some compulsory measures;examining,searching,appraising,cross examining,gathering proof,detaining and arresting;tracking down robbed and stolen property,etc.The work's nature determines that a criminal policeman must have the following qualities of willpower:conscientiousness;resolution;self restraint and persistence. |
