| Abstract: | Headmaster's cohesion power is charisma and attraction generated in school faculty members with the headmaster's excellent quality,his skillful exercise of power and outstanding achievements,and it also means school faculty members' centripetal force and loyalty to the school.Main effective strategies to strengthen headmaster's cohesion power involves boosting headmaster's charisma,building harmonious interpersonal relations,employing the proper ways of leadership,working out the school's common vision. |
