| 摘 要： | 在简要分析ERP系统和协同商务模式的基础上,提出了LCCS系统的设计方案,构建起宝钢汽车零部件公司的供应链管理信息系统。该系统在实践中有利于减少库存及提升供应链响应效率,从而为精益运营提供了信息化基础。
