| 摘 要： | 高师的素质教育是实现全民素质教育的前提，因此高师要按适应素质教育的培养目标，从课程改革尤其是教师职业类课程改革入手，强化道德素质、智能素质走职业化之路，使高师具有职业特性不可替代。

| Abstract: | Quality education in higher normal colleges is the premise of achieving the total national quality education, therefore, high normal education must adapt itself to the objective of quality education, carrying out the curriculum reform, especially the courses concerning teaching profession, strengthening moral quality, intellectual quality and professionalizing the higher normal education, thus by way of the reform, normal quality of higher normal colleges must be an unchangeable particularity. |
