| 摘 要： | 党内监督存在环节错位、与法律监督混淆、监督主体隶属于监督客体等问题，其原因在于对党内监督重要性认识不足，党内监督体制不完善，用自我监督排斥异体监督。完善党内监督体制，要改革现行的纪检部门领导体制，逐步建立巡视制度，完善党内各项规章制度。

| Abstract: | Supervision within the C. P. C. is not perfect for the time being, because there exist wrong-placed links, confusion of lawful control, subject and object of supervision not separated. The reasons for the phenomenon lie in the absent-mindedness, incomplete supervising system and excluding non-C. P. C members to participate. Solutions of the these problems that have been raised find their ways into improvement of supervising system, reform of the present leadership structure of the disciplinary and inspecting institutes, gradual establishment of inspecting regulation and the relevant orders and stipulations. |
