| 摘 要： | 对重大体育活动的运作分析发现,整个体育活动的过程存在自然、经济、政治、组织管理等方面的风险。通过各种科学、可行、有效的方法、手段和措施可以化解活动风险,减少因各种事故造成的损失和影响,保证重大活动的成功运作举办,保障体育的市场化、社会化、产业化,促进体育事业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Though analyzing the operation of major P.E activities, we know that the whole P.E process exist some risks from the nature, economy, politics, organization, etc. We can turn the said risks into safety, decrease the loss and effect from the accident, pledge the important activities to be held successfully, guarantee the commercialization, socialization, industrialization of P.E, promote the P.E industry to develop healthly by adopting various scientific, useful, effective methods and measures. |
