| 摘 要： | 采用实地调查、文献资料调研以及比较分析的方法,对榆中、多巴、海埂高原训练基地的地理位置、气候特点、训练项目的设置进行比较分析,寻求榆中与多巴、海埂基地之间的差距,并对榆中基地训练项目的设置、场馆设施的配备等进行规划,为榆中基地的建设和运动队适时地选择高原训练基地提供理论参考.

| Abstract: | The paper compares geography, climate and training projects located in Yuzhong altitude training base, Duoba and Haigeng training bases. By the comparative analysis, the paper tries to seek out the similarities and differences of the three bases and makes a comprehensive program for Yuzhong altitude training base in the respect of training projects and gymnasium construction. The paper provides the references to the construction of Yuzhong base and some theoretical support for the selection of altitude training bases. |
