关于中小企业核心员工流失的原因及对策研究

摘    要:本文从介绍国内外对核心员工的研究界定、核心员工的特征、核心员工对企业生存的意义、对核心员工的管理措施、核心员工流失对企业造成的影响,得出缓解中小企业核心员工流失的对策,从而,为中小企业如何发掘和发挥人力资源优势,保持企业核心员工的地位,为企业发展建立一套科学的人才资源保护措施和人才激励机制,提供可能的服务。

Abstract:To become more significant in the competition today,the core staff of the enterprises has become an important competing for resources,the loss of key employees to become the shackles of corporate development and growth. In order to remain invincible talent competition,enterprises must pay special attention to the loss of key employees,which requires enterprises in human resource management process,the core staff to be more attention. The core staff for the development of smes is essential to retain key employees,to the steady development of enterprises,from small and medium enterprises in harmony,stability of long-term development,the need to form a core staff of small and medium enterprises,a core competitive advantage an important part of the development can progress and economic growth. the reasons for analysis of small and medium enterprises to explore mitigation measures the loss of key employees to achieve the promotion of national economic and social development purposes.
