| 摘 要： | 义务教育经费投入的原则、来源与机制是义务教育经费投入体制的三项基本要素。本文以美、英、法、日四国为例,从义务教育经费投入体制的三项基本要素入手,比较和分析了发达国家义务教育经费投入体制的特征与经验,同时提出对我国义务教育经费投入体制改革的若干启示。
