| 摘 要： | 作为培养泉州经济管理和建设人才主要地方性高校，泉州师院主动服务地方经济发展，既是贯彻党的教育方针的必然要求，也是泉州建设现代化工贸港口城市的必由之路。其工商信息学院必须牢固树立立足地方、依靠地方、主动采取全方位服务的措施，增强服务的时效性、有效性，将服务泉州经济社会发展作为自身办学的目标。

| Abstract: | The local universities must train various kinds of talents and serve the local economic development actively,which not only is a requirement of the Party＇s educational principles but also is the only way to build Quanzhou into a harbour city with modernized industry and trade. The school of industrial and commercial management of Quanzhou Normal University must firmly establish the consciousness of basing on the local needs, depending on the local government and serving the local development actively,adopt omnidirectional service measures to enhance the effectiveness of the service work and take all kinds of advantage fully such as knowledge,talent resources and creative ability,etc. |
