摘    要:组织冲突归根到底还是人际冲突.人际冲突是客观存在的,它既有破坏性的一面,也有建设性的一面.文章在深入分析冲突原因的基础上,提出国有企事业单位人际冲突的管理要诊断冲突、预防破坏性冲突,进行理性和非理性相结合地管理冲突,有效激发和利用冲突,以实现组织创新,增强活力,提高管理绩效.
