光合细菌与嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌融合子的制备与鉴定

摘    要:本文采用嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌与试验室保存的耐盐荚膜红假单胞菌为出发菌株,采用原生质体融合技术选育耐高温光合细菌。比较了耐盐荚膜红假单胞菌、嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌和融合子在营养需求、细菌的耐盐性、抑菌实验、融合子降解氨氮和亚硝基氮功能的测定等方面的异同,以对其进行鉴定。

Abstract:The author uses the Bacillus stearothermophilus and the photosynthetic bacteria which kept in our laboratory to breed the photosynthetic bacteria which can bear high temperature by the technique of protoplast fusion,compares the photosynthetic bacteria,the Bacillus stearothermophilus and the fusant in such aspect,and uses nourishment,the haloduric of the cell,the bacteriostasic activity and the function of degradation ammonia nitrogen to indentify the fusant.
