| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查的方式，对2008-2010年间辽宁省内8所专科学报作者的投稿心理和影响其投稿的因素进行分析．结果表明，作者的投稿需求主要有实用需求、功利需求和自我实现需求；影响作者投稿的因素主要有期刊的学术定位、是否为核心期刊、期刊的影响因子、编辑工作效率以及作者与编辑部的人际关系．并据此提出编辑策略．

| Abstract: | The contributing authors in 8 journals among the years of 2008~2010 are surveyed on their psychology and those factors affecting their submission.It shows that there are three demands for the authors-practical demand,utility demand and self-realization demand and such factors as core journals,impact factor,working efficiency and relationship between the author and the editor are the main factors influencing the submission.Finally,strategies for the editors are provided in this paper. |
