| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法,阐述了统筹发展城乡体育文化的内涵和意义,分析了城乡体育文化发展不均衡的现状及其原因,结果表明：＂城乡二元结构＂发展模式、城乡经济发展差距、城乡社会事业发展差距和城乡文化教育发展差距是影响我国城乡体育文化协调发展的主要因素,并提出建立健全城乡体育文化建设的工作机制、构建城乡体育文化服务体系、加大对体育文化设施建设的投入、建立城市帮扶小城镇的长效机制、加快小城镇体育文化的社会化进程、加强城乡居民体育锻炼意识、营造良好的校园体育文化并向社会辐射等统筹发展城乡体育文化的对策。

| Abstract: | Through literature,logical reasoning and other methods,this paper elaborates the intension and the significance of coordinating sports culture development in urban and rural areas,and analyses the status and the reasons of the imbalanced development of sports culture in urban and rural areas.The results show：＂urban-rural dual structure＂ model,the development gap between urban and rural economy,the development gap between urban and rural social undertakings and the development gap between urban and rural cultural and education are the main factors which impact the coordinated development of sports culture in urban and rural areas.It also puts forward some countermeasures which are expected to provide theoretical support and policy reference. |
