| 摘 要： | 我校新图书馆流通部门将要采取图书收藏、流通、开架阅览一体化的新的流通服务模式。这就要求图书馆必须做好各项管理工作，并且要有合理、规范的规章制度来加以保证。同时，要求我们拓宽服务模式，增强服务意识，加强工作人员素质的培养，提高服务质量，使有限的馆藏文献资源能够得到充分的利用。

| Abstract: | The circulation department of the library in our university will provide the fresh unified circulation service mode of book collection, circulation and open-shelf reading, which requires that we should do a good job in the management of the library and enact rational, standardized rttles and regulations. Meanwhile, we should strive to ensure the fullest utilzation of the limited document reso~ in our library by providing more service patterns, enhancing our service consciousness, reinforcing the training of high-quality librarians and boosting our service quality. |
