| 摘 要： | 传统的高校就业指导现状已不适应高等教育和社会发展的需要。文章通过分析传统就业指导存在的问题和弊端，提出了大学生就业指导全程化的必要性，构建了大学生就业指导全程化课程体系，并阐述了课程体系的教学内容。

| Abstract: | The traditional employment guidance in colleges and universities of China cannot keep up with the requirement of higher education and the development of the society.In this paper,the advice is given that the work of employment guidance for undergraduates should be a whole course.Through analyzing the problems and malpractices of the traditional employment guidance,a new course system and content of employment guidance in colleges and universities are established. |
