| 摘 要： | 通过实验比较，调查了一年级体育课形式，揭示了不同运动的兴趣的变化，提出了选项课的最佳形式：一、二年级都应上选项课；时段以一学期为单元，每学期再进行选项；每个学生可以有第二选项，并可实施有偿付费体育选项教育，以促进学生体育消费观。
