| 摘 要： | 当代中国妇女犯罪具有自己的运行规律和本土特征。但在中国学术界,有关妇女犯罪的研究一直处于社会学研究和妇女研究的双重边缘地位,而主流社会学关于妇女犯罪的理论和对于妇女犯罪的解释也存在许多不足,西方女性主义对于主流社会学理论的挑战、修正和颠覆对于中国妇女犯罪的研究也有众多的不适用之处。因此,我们有必要以本土的状况和特征为基础,建立具有较大针对性和适用性的有关中国妇女犯罪的社会学理论和方法。

| Abstract: | Women crime in China at present has laws and characteristics of its own,but the study about women crime in the academic field of China is put in the marginal area between sociology and women studies,and there are deficiencies about women crime theories and interpretations in mainstream sociological studies.Furthermore,challenge,revision and distortion against mainstream sociological theories by western feminism are not suitable for women crime research in China in many aspects.Therefore,it is necessary to set up purposeful and adaptable sociological theory and methodology about women crime studies in China on the basis of the native conditions and characteristics. |
