基于实验教学通风橱的冷却水循环系统

摘    要:针对目前实验教学用通风橱冷却水装置的问题,设计了一套冷却水循环系统,研究了该系统的结构、安装与排布、实施操作与性能,并进行了使用风险和经济评估。结果表明:通过合理的设计和排布,冷却水循环系统能够有效地利用通风橱内的闲置区,降低冷却水使用过程中存在的安全风险,提高学生的参与度与学习积极性;节水减排效果显著,经济性高;灵活性高,既可在新实验室安装,也适用于旧实验室改造。

Abstract:In view of the problem about the cooling water device of fume hood for experimental teaching, a set of cooling water circulation system is designed. The structure, installation and arrangement, operation and performance of the system are studied, and the risk and economic evaluation are carried out. The results show that through reasonable design and layout, the cooling water circulation system can effectively use the idle area in the fume hood, reduce the safety risk in the use of cooling water, and improve the students’ participation and learning enthusiasm. It can not only be installed in new laboratories, but also be used in old laboratories.
