摘    要:随着我国知识产权工作的推进,知识产权管理课程逐步成为高校本科教育通识课程.为解决课程建设过程中出现的教学实践性不强、学生参与度不高、课程满意度低等突出问题,电子科技大学知识产权管理课程组将模拟法庭作为实验性教学手段引入教学,并在课程设计与实施上进行改革与优化.教学成效分析证明这一实验教学模式创新有利于提升学生的学习兴趣...

Abstract:With the promotion of China's intellectual property,intellectual property management has gradually become the undergraduate general course in the universities of China.In order to solve the problems such as the weak practice of curriculum teaching and low student satisfaction in the course development and construction,the intellectual property management curriculum group of the UESTC has innovatively introduced the moot court in the traditional law courses as an experimental teaching means,and reforms and developments have been made on the course design and practice.The analysis of teaching effect proves that the innovation of this experimental teaching mode is conducive to improving student’s learning interest,raising participation and satisfaction of the course,and achieving the purpose and effect of intellectual property curriculum as general education.
