| 摘 要： | 特种设备安全是高校校园安全的重要组成部分,也是引发安全事故的主要因素之一。针对高校特种设备管理中存在的问题,指出通过开展特种设备信息化管理可以有效提高特种设备的管理水平,保障特种设备的安全运行,实现“智慧监管”。结合高校实际情况,探讨了实现特种设备信息化管理的主要途径,即构建特种设备全过程数据库、构建特种设备信息化管理机制、构建信息化技防措施。

| Abstract: | Special equipment safety is an important part of campus safety in colleges and universities,and it is also one of the main factors that cause security accidents.Aimed at the problems in special equipment management in colleges and universities,it is pointed out that through information management of special equipment can effectively improve the management level of special equipment,ensure the safe operation of special equipment,and realize“smart supervision”.Combining with the practical situation of colleges and universities,the main ways to realize the information management of special equipment are discussed,that is,to build the whole process database of special equipment,to construct a special equipment information management mechanism,and to establish information technical prevention measures. |
