| 摘 要： | 对专业进行审核评估的根本目的是提升人才培养质量，大学生素质拓展是重要途径之一。通过分析已有研究，提出素质拓展应与人才培养目标所要求的能力素质相适应。以安徽财经大学为例，基于经济学专业人才培养方案中设定的人才培养目标及与目标对应的相关素质要求，设计了地方高校经济学专业本科生素质拓展的方案，提出了推进素质拓展差别化、健全评价体系、构建素质拓展平台与强化社会认同等提升素质拓展效果的建议。

Study on Economy Major Students'Quality Expansion in Local Universities |

| Abstract: | The fundamental purpose of major examining and assessment is to improve the quality of tal‐ents training ,in which expanding students'quality is one of the important ways .By analyzing the existing re‐search ,it is put forward that quality expansion should be adaptive to the talent cultivation objectives .Taking Anhui University of Finance and Economics as an example ,the project of the economies major students'qual‐ity expansion of local universities has been designed according to the talents training objectives and the corre‐sponding qualities requirements in the personnel training program .Some suggestions are put forward to im‐prove the effect of quality expansion ,such as increasing quality expansion differentiation ,perfecting evalua‐tion system ,constructing expansion platform and strengthening social identification ,etc . |
