摘    要:我们现在的创新教育.主要就是培养一个人的创新精神和创新能力.这是符合时代的要求的.因为创新教育的基本价值取向.总的来说就是要着重研究和解决培养一个人的创新意识、创新精神和创新能力。因此.我们教师在创新教育的过程中.要积极地切实进行角色转变.以此改变其知识权威者形象.使之侧重于对学生学习过程的组织、引导,并对教学实践进行反思、研究,以取得更好的效果,只有这样,我们的创新教育才能向更高的方向发展.当今创新教育已成为教育教学改革研究和实验的重要课题.因此.我们教师必须要适应创新教育发展阶段的需要.要进行创新教育教师的角色转变。本文从创新教育教师角色转变的几个角度深入、全面剖析教师角色、地位的变化。

Reflections on the Transformation of the Teacher's Role in Innovative Education

Abstract:The present innovative education is mainly to train a person's innovation spirit and innovation ability, which is consistent with the requirements of the times, for the basic value orientation of innovative education, in general, is to focus on training a person's innovation consciousness, innovation spirit and innovation ability. Therefore, we teachers, in innovative education, should actively change our role, so as to achieve better results, only such can our innovative education develop at a higher direction. Nowadays, innovative education has become an important issue in the research and experiment on education and teaching reforms. Therefore, we teachers must adapt to the development needs of innovative education, and transform our role.
